AccelerateVets is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Mentor Protégé Joint Venture (JV) between Nelson Enterprise Technology Services (NETS) and Xcelerate Solutions.
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all hiring recommendations, and subcontractor performance management and delivery. Your official interview will be conducted by the Program Manager, the Deputy PM, or Talent Acquisition Partner. All of whom will be Xcelerate employees. Whether you are hired as an Xcelerate or NETS employee will not impact your level or standing on the program.
Within the AccelerateVets team, you will be either an Xcelerate or NETS employee from an administrative standpoint (offer letter, paycheck, internal reporting, etc.).
Should you choose to elect benefits, you will be eligible to participate in the benefit the plans provided by your respective employer. We have done our best to align our compensation and benefits plans so there are minimal differences in either benefits or compensation between either company.
